About this event

Inspired Mind Lab is bringing a free, hands-on robotics workshop to Rokeby this spring school holidays. Children will build, code and discover what they are capable of with real robots in a fun and supportive environment.

Parent or guardian attendance

A parent or guardian must remain in the room for the full duration of the session. This is a requirement for every child attending the workshop.

Important registration information

Photo & Media consent is completed as part of the registration process. When registering for a session, you’ll be asked to select your consent preferences for each child regarding photos, videos and audio recordings.

Providing photo or media consent is optional and will not affect your child’s participation in the workshop. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time before or on the day of the workshop by contacting Inspired Mind Lab. Please note that once images or stories have been published online or shared publicly, it may not always be possible to remove them from circulation or control how they are used or shared by others.

We are running two separate sessions, one for ages 6 to 9 and one for ages 10 to 12

Each session has its own registration form. If you have a child in each age group, you will need to complete a separate registration for each child.

Meet and

explore a programmable robot

Work as part of a team to code and control their robot

Take on fun challenges guided by a qualified STEAMM educator

Share what they’ve built in a mini showcase at the end
